These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the services provided by Klimka Computer Solutions  (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) to the client (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”). By requesting or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Provided

We offer IT support, computer repair, maintenance, diagnostics, and related services. Specific services and pricing will be discussed and agreed upon prior to work commencing.

2. Estimates & Approvals

  • All repair and service estimates are provided upfront whenever possible.

  • If we determine a device is not worth repairing, we will inform you before proceeding.

  • No work will begin without customer approval of the estimate.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash,cheque or e-transfer.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. No “Express” Services Policy

We do not offer “express” or rushed services that compromise quality. For example, proper virus scans and diagnostics may take several hours. We prioritize thorough, professional work over speed.

5. Data Responsibility

  • You are responsible for backing up your data before any service.

  • While we take reasonable precautions, we are not liable for data loss, corruption, or damage during the service process.

6. Warranty

  • We stand behind our work with a [30 days] limited service warranty on labor.

  • This warranty does not cover new issues, user-caused damage, or issues unrelated to the original repair.

7. Limitations of Liability

  • Klimka Computer Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.

8. Unclaimed Devices

Devices not picked up within 30 days of service completion may incur storage fees. After 60 days, unclaimed devices may be recycled or disposed of, with no further liability to the company.

10. Changes to Terms
